DESCRIPTION
This variety produces medium to large fruits with pale green to yellow skin when fully ripe. The flesh is juicy and has a smooth texture, complemented by a very good flavour.

Late February to early March (Mid Season).

Josephine de Malines, Baby Face.
COMMENTS
Used for fresh fruit, preserving, and cooking. Fruit stores well, with good keeping qualities. An upright spreading tree suitable to espalier.
TREE CARE
Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
