Peach - Fresno Dwarf Prunus persica

DESCRIPTION
Fresno produces full size premium quality, yellow fleshed fruit, it has excellent flavour and is freestone. Fresno is a new Dwarf Peach exclusive to PlantNet. Grows to a height of 2m and a width of 2m.

Late December.

Self Pollinating.

COMMENTS
This high chill variety would suit the cool temperate regions of Australia. The tree will require staking when young due to prolific fruiting.

TREE CARE
Plant in a sunny position in well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
