DESCRIPTION
Herald is an apple cultivar that yields large-sized fruit with a solid red skin. The fruit's cream-colored flesh is characterized by its firmness, crisp texture, and juicy nature, which together make for a delightful eating experience.

COMMENTS
Columnar apple trees are created to grow straight up, reaching a height of 3 metres and are usually only 60cm wide. Ideally suited for growing in tubs and confined spaces, as well as fence planting.

TREE CARE
Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
